U11 Girls' Football Match vs Sarisbury Green School



U11 Girls' Football Team

 

On Monday 19 of November, 7 children attended a girls' football match at Sarisbury Green School. It was absolutely freezing but we still worked as team and lost a close game 1-0. There is now a break until the weather gets warmer!  It was an amazing experience and we all enjoyed it.

Matchday Experience - Solent Kestrels

On Saturday 17^th November, 18 children attended a Matchday Experience with Solent Kestrels. They practised their basketball skills, met the players and then watched the match which Solent Kestrels, unfortunately, lost with the last shot of the game. The children loved it!

Indoor Athletics

 

On Wednesday 21^st November 2018, 12 children attended Athletics at Redbridge Community College. We did field events such as: shotput, standing triple jump, long jump, chest push, speed bounce and throw for points and we also did running. The girls won the races and also did quite well in the field events; however, the boys lost a few races but did better than the girls in the field events. It was a phenomenal experience but we are waiting to get the results to see if we got into the finals. We had a great time but it was very competitive!
